Refund policy
At Muango, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.
Section 1 - Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags included.
Section 2 - Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, Muango will cover the return shipping costs. There is no cost to the customer.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Section 3 - Return Process
- Contact Us: To request a return, reach out to our support team at support@muango.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: After receiving the confirmation of the return, repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
- Ship the Item: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Section 4 - Refunds & Inspections
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refund: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
Section 5 - Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or styles within the 30-day window, subject to product availability. Please email support@muango.com to arrange an exchange.
