Shipping policy
At Muango, we are committed to transparency and reliability. At this time, we currently only ship to the United States.
Section 1 - Shipping Cost
- Free Tracked Shipping: Every order on our website qualifies for Free Tracked Shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
Section 2 - Order Processing & Transit Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 5 to 11 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 14 Business Days.
- Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cutoff will begin processing the following business day.
Section 3 - Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on our Track Your Order page.
Section 4 - Missing Order/Damaged Items/Delivery Issues
If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking information, or if your package is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact our support team immediately at support@muango.com.
